Whether the request comes from a Master's or PhD student, a research institute, an international funder, a bank, an SME running a market study, or a partner consulting firm, the principle is the same: we deliver reliable data that is statistically robust as a whole.
We offer mostly quantitative data collection (questionnaire surveys) that can run in the field or online. Depending on your needs, we design collection tools (questionnaires and interview guides). Each instrument is tested, adjusted, and validated before any large-scale deployment.
Our methodology
Precise definition of the target population and sampling plan
We document the population of interest, the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the chosen sampling method (random, stratified, quota, cluster) and the target size.
Instrument design and validation
Drafting the questionnaire or guide, pretesting with a few pilot respondents, adjustments, final validation with the client. An instrument that has not been tested is an instrument at risk.
Digital or paper deployment
We favor online and mobile survey platforms that allow real-time synchronization. When the context requires it, we keep paper-based setups with reinforced control procedures.
Enumerator training and deployment
Documented briefing, simulations, knowledge test, code of conduct signed by each enumerator. Our field teams are supervised by experienced supervisors.
Continuous quality controls
Daily supervision, phone back-checks, automatic detection of abnormal patterns (abnormal durations, copy-paste responses, suspect non-response rates, etc.).
Data consolidation and delivery
Cleaning, dataset documentation, anonymization in line with best practices, delivery in standard Excel formats.
