Initial framing

A one-hour meeting to understand the playing field, the hypotheses to test, the trade-offs to make, the calendar, and the level of depth expected. We leave with a precise brief, a detailed commercial proposal and a shared retro-planning.

Building the study protocol: literature review, design of collection tools (questionnaire, interview guide, sampling plan), internal validation by a consultant pair, pretest, final validation with the client.

Field and/or online deployment depending on the chosen methodology. Training and supervision of interviewers, daily quality controls, phone back-checks, automatic detection of abnormal patterns.

Analysis, modelling and cross-referencing

Statistical processing, econometrics, data science, cross-referencing of datasets. Production of insights, segments, models.

Reporting
